Dee H. Andrews has been a training developer, researcher, and human factors psychologist since 1976. He finished his 34-year career with the Department of Defense as a Directorate Senior Scientist for Training with the 711th Human Performance Wing of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).

Scotty D. Craig is an assistant professor in the Human Systems Engineering Program within the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU). He is also the supervising faculty member for the ASU Cognitive-Based Applied Learning Technology Laboratory (
